The purpose of this course is to meet the requirements of a Food Safety Supervisor

This course is made up of theory-based Knowledge Quizzes and Practical Assessment.
- You will have access to your course online
- You will complete your Knowledge Quiz online
- You will film yourself completing short Practical Skills in the workplace and upload them to the online course.
You will need:
- To be currently employed in a Food Business
- A computer, tablet or smart phone
- Internet connection
- Access to your workplace
- A devise to take video recording ie smart phone

SITXFSA006 – Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices
