  3. Food safety hazards

The purpose of this course is to refresh the skills and knowledge required to identify, evaluate and control food safety hazards for the purposes of validating specific control measures in a food safety program.

This course is made up of a theory-based Knowledge Quiz.

  • You will have access to your course online
  • You will complete your Knowledge Quiz online
  • You will attend a trainer-led workshop via the Virtual Classroom

You will need:

  1. To be currently employed in a Food Business
  2. A computer, tablet or smart phone
  3. Internet connection

This is a short course, therefore, there are no Units of Competence attached to this course
